Take a look at our sponsorship and hiring opportunities Epiphany: This popular concert series blends the celebrations of Christmas and Mardi Gras in early January. After all the hustle and bustle of the winter holidays, take an evening to relax and enjoy the spirit of the season. Our 2026 program, titled 'A New Day Dawns' intertwines selections from Ola Gjeilo's 'Sunrise Mass' with other pieces on a celestial theme. Tenebrae: This program is offered on a hired basis, usually during Lent. The music selections reflect on the passion and death of Jesus Christ. This program can be presented as a traditional Tenebrae liturgy, as a concert, or as music during Adoration. Conversations: A new offering in 2026, Conversations is in development to showcase the artistic and academic work of BonaVox singer-members. This program's inaugural year will be produced by Lindsey Bower as a result of her masters work at Edinburgh Napier University. This will consist of a lecture-recital on singer-songwriter Connie Converse, with Lindsey's arrangements and interpretations of Converse's music. Spirit: A fun summer concert series celebrating love, joy, and community. This engaging concert features crowd favorites, popular genres, and music appropriate for weddings. The most casual of our offerings, we invite you to show up for a relaxed evening. Mourning: This annual fall program honors grief and loss, offers love and comfort, and inspires hope. The 2025 program, 'Heavenly Glory' features a new composition from Dr. Jeremi Edwards with text by William Blake, inspired by the Glory Window in the Chapel of Thanksgiving in Dallas, TX, and has been written specifically for our voices. Sponsor the above concerts for any of the following tiers: Producer $2000+; Co-Producer $1000-$1999; Assistant Producer $100-$999; In-Kind goods and services Producer $2000+: Become an annual producer! In return, your logo or name will be prominently recognized on all promotional materials, print and digital, for the entire year, and you will be verbally acknowledged at every concert. Co-Producer $1000-$1999: Co-Produce a concert series! In return, your logo or name will be prominently displayed on all promotional materials, print and digital, and you will receive verbal acknowledgment at each concert for your chosen series. Assistant Producer $100-$999: Partner with us! In return your logo or name will be listed on all promotional materials, print and digital, and you will receive verbal acknowledgment for your chosen concert night. In-Kind goods and services: Not all support is monetary! We're always looking to partner with the community on rehearsal space, performance venues, print and digital media, styling, meals, and other professional services. Let's talk! Tenebrae Producer $3000+: BonaVox's TENEBRÆ is available for hire depending on availability of singers. The program has a menu of songs for the client to choose from and suggested program order. Fees begin at $3000 and are paid on an agreed upon schedule, culminating in full payment the day of performance. The client may choose to charge admission. TENEBRÆ options are Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoons in Lent. February 20-March 22, 2026. Requests due by December 1st. Solo/Duo/Trio Quartet Octet Full Choir Collaborations with Pianists and Organists Though we have been conservative in our estimates previously, after 3 years as an organization we can say it generally costs between $3000 and $5000 for BonaVox to produce a concert. As we've scaled over the years, we started with individual contributions at performances, donating our own time and effort to prove Bona Vox and its mission is something necessary and achievable. In the last year, we received corporate and individual sponsorships, as well as applied for and were awarded grants to fund our existing programs, which noticeably increased the quality and security of our offerings beyond our previous ability. We also were hired to perform programs outside our free concert series. This year, we're asking for corporate and individual sponsorships again, continuing to apply for grants, graciously accepting individual contributions at performances, and expanding our programs-for-hire. You can unlock access to high-quality music across SWLA and beyond. When you partner with BonaVox, you enrich your community. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality music making, which is why our self-produced, established concert series offerings will NEVER charge admission and why we strive to perform in geographically diverse venues. Our singers are technically, academically, and artistically proficient professionals, consistently investing in their craft and community. SWLA is culturally rich in music and talent. We strive to be ambassadors for SWLA globally. We seek to establish an enduring legacy for future generations of music artists of all genres, which includes resilient and accessible music education and appreciation for all ages. As part of our mission to provide access to high-quality music performances, BonaVox intends to bring a free concert to a retirement community, hospital or prison each concert series.

We do not ask these audiences for financial support, and would appreciate if the wider community could help offset these costs.
